Requirements for Marriage Should you wish to book my services, you will need to make an appointment for us to meet, to make sure you feel comfortable with your choice. Then you will need to sign a form, THE NOTICE OF-INTENDED MARRIAGE, (NOIM), at least one month and a day prior to your wedding. I can provide this form but it can also be downloaded from the Attorney-General’s site. This form needs copies of your Birth Certificates, and Divorce papers if applicable, to be sighted by me, witnessed and documented. As soon as you have made your decision to book the day, $200 deposit is required. This is paid when you sign the NOIM form in my presence. I am only too happy to answer any questions you may have, legal or general, and when we have the appointment, we discuss exactly what you would like to have for your ceremony. I welcome overseas couples who wish to marry here, although special documentation is needed. For Weddings I provide: The table, for signing of the Register, with a lovely cloth and chair. A public address system, which can be used with or without power. My book, which is a compilation of different vows and types of ceremonies that I have given over the years, to help select your own. A presentation copy of your ceremony, and your Marriage Certificate in hand drawn Calligraphy
